I am currently working on a project that has been dubbed Project Melody with some of my friends and people from work. It is still early in development but it is planning to be a rhythm based idle mobile game built in Unreal 4. I am working on it as one of the heads of gameplay and UI. I will post more here when I have more to share about it.
Magic the Gathering Custom Cards
I have gotten into making Magic the Gathering custom cards/Alters for cards. Thresh is the first finished custom card I have made.
I was working on a Grixis exile card but while I was working on it Wizards released the Mindflayer from the Stranger Things secret lair which was basically the same thing just in mono black.
I am now working on trying to make some form of 5 color eldrazi that gains experience counters and then spends the experience counters. I am also working on 4 crabs to make Ruin crab into a cycle of cards and a 5 color legendary crab to go along with them.

W.I.P. Game Programing Learning Game.
I decided to audit a Game Programing class from The University of Advancing Technology so I could expand my limited knowledge of programming. Since the class was all online it was only 5 weeks long. The entire class was done in Unreal Engine 5 which was nice because it was my first time using the program. I decided to take a game idea I had stuck in my head and use it as a base for the project. The game I started working on was a Diablo-style hack and slash. The design and look were put to the side so that I could mainly focus on the programming side of the project. I am still working on the project but progress has slowed down because currently my health component is completely broken and everything instantly kills the player. The Main twist to the idea I am keeping a little bit secret because I have not seen a game do it yet and want to try and pull it off myself/with a small group if I find people to help me.
League of Legends Character Concept
I decided to write down a character idea that I had for League of Legends. The character is a more necromancer style support. The character is originally a priestess or something of the similar from the Blessed Isles but after the cataclysm that created the Shadow Isles, their soul lingers. This is just a rough idea for the backstory/lore of the character. I also have not come up with a name for the character yet.
Personally, I like the first set for the W and the E and I like the second ult more than the first one. I came up with the idea for the second set of W and E because it seems like most of the characters in the game have a playstyle that doesn’t force them to heavily rely on being with another person. I also like the Camouflage more than I do the shield on the first E
______, the undead healer
Shadow isles necromancer type support that has an act for damage and healing
Any ____ marks are where her name would go.
Life Siphon: a small buff that grants the person impacted by this buff increased Life steal for 2-5 seconds based on ____’s level. Life Siphon does not stack multiple times. Getting it applied to you before the previous one ends just resets the buff’s timer.
P Health Pool. Any damage ____’s abilities deal to enemies give her Life Force. The amount of Life Force she gains increases with her Life steal percentage.
Any healing she does is based on how much Life Force the ability consumes.
____ loses all Life Force when she dies.
Q: A skill shot (similar to an Ezreal Q) that when hitting enemy champions deals physical damage.
If the Skillshot would hit an Ally it consumes Life Force to heal that ally champion
Life Force gained is reduced by 50% on minions and monsters.
For her W and E, I so far have two different ideas. One makes it so she has to play around another player so she is forced more as a support and the other is a kit that can make her stand alone.
1st Set:
W. Consumes Life Force so that you and your tethered ally both gain some HP. The tethered ally then gains Life Siphon. While not tethered to an ally the ability will heal you and grants you a small speed increase and Life Siphon.
E. ____ Tethers herself to an ally for 45 seconds. This tether can not be moved to another ally champion during that time. While tethered to an ally a small percentage of their damage (scales with rank) is converted into Life Force.
If you or the tethered ally leaves a set distance (around the length of active knight’s vow) the bonuses from the tether are not active.
The camouflage will only activate on you
W will only heal you
The tether looks sort of like Kalista’s. Both people have a small circle under them and a line that connects them when they are close enough for the effects to be active.
If the person you are tethered to dies then the cooldown of the ability is 50% refunded and the tether ends.
While tethered to an ally this ability swaps.
(This one is stuck between a shield or camouflage)
____ and the tethered ally both go into camouflage. (The camouflage has two different ideas currently)
1. The camouflage is toggled and while active rapidly drains your Life Force. When you are out of Life Force the camouflage ends.
2. The camouflage’s duration is short but has a second circle that is wider than the detection radius. While an enemy champion is within that second circle the duration of the ability doesn’t go down.
If you or the connected ally attacks or uses a damaging ability the camouflage ends. (This would go for either of the camouflages)
If your tethered ally is spotted while in camouflage the tether between you and them is not shown. Only the small circle appears under their player model. Vise versa. If the tethered ally leaves the active tether range while the camouflage is active the effect ends for them but not on you.
The shield gives you and the tethered ally a small shield and Life siphon.
2nd Set:
W. Targeted ability that can target either allies or enemies.
When targeting an enemy it damages the enemy and slows them for a short duration
When targeting an ally it consumes some Life Force and heals them and gives them Life Siphon.
E. ___ throws some of that good shadow isle mist which lingers in a set area for a couple of seconds (which increases based on rank) this mist poisons enemies that are inside of it. This poison scales with ad and Life steal. The poison does trigger your Life steal.
If an ally stands in the area they gain Rejuvenated (same as rejuvenation just without the movement speed increase) and Life Siphon.
If a champion is within the range of the impact their buff/debuff is applied for twice as long.
While they are standing in the area the buff/ debuff timer does not tick down.
R. So far I have two ideas for her ult. The second one is really strange but sort of the same concept as the First one:
____ consumes all of her Life Force on a recently dead ally champion and they revive to fight for 5/7.5/10 seconds. (This can not be used on yourself)
While they are revived they have a permanent Life Siphon buff applied to them.
Any damage the revived ally deals is gained as Life Force.
(Think old Yorick ult)
Second one:
____ pulls out the soul of an ally out of their body or their dead corpse. She can carry the soul for 5 seconds. During that time the ally can’t do anything and their body can’t be targeted or damaged. During those 5 seconds, she can go up to a dead enemy body and then implant the soul of the ally into the body. The ally then gains complete control of that champion as if they were brought back from the dead for a set amount of time that scales with the ability’s rank. They would have access to the champion’s items as well. After the set amount of time, the soul goes back to its own body.
Doing this consumes all of her Life Force and heals the corpse for that amount of hp
Skyrim Zenyth Island
Recently I have been learning how to use the Skyrim creation kit and I wanted to try my hand at building out an island and a dungeon that is under it. So far I have gotten a lot of work done on the island and It is coming out great for my first time using it. I am hoping to be able to build out the rest of the island and get it pushed out to the public for anyone to download and play. The island is going to be built to look like it is a Bethesda level product that I can be happy with. I have gotten a lot of help from the Beyond Skyrim discord servers with the creation kit and any issues I am having with it. I do not have a milestone schedule for this build because I didn’t want to way myself down with one with me being brand new to the engine and I wanted to give myself time to start figuring everything out.
Terraria Golf Course
Preproduction / Level Design Document (LDD)
With the Journey’s End update to Terraria the developers added in Journey Mode I decided to make a golf course in the game that follows the player’s journey through the game. I still haven’t finished up the course yet but I am still planning on it so I can change this and add it when I finally finish it. Currently here I have a tutorial for building an elevator in the game that I ended up using in my level in order to have a self retrieving ball machine on the plinko hole that I had made. In the Terraria golf course, I made the course represent the different styles of the bosses so the player can see the progression of the “story” The plinko hole is supposed to be a representation of the mechanical bosses.
I have had a lot of issues with building this project because I keep hitting walls for my creativity for what to do with the holes.
Distance: Death Itself
Preproduction / Level Design Document (LDD)
Distance is a racing game that involves car parkour. The LDD that I designed for the game goes over everything that I would need for making the level from a pacing map to the audience that the game and level is pushed towards. The LDD is off from what the end result ended up being. Mainly this was because I had never built or used the editor for long before and made the LDD with only a small amount of knowledge on the level. I still used the LDD as a reference as to what I wanted to do and tried to stick to my milestone schedule as best as I could. I can honestly say I am happy with the way the level has turned out. Sadly I have lost all of the progress videos that i had made for this level and only have the final outcome. I really enjoyed building in this editor and it gave me a nice ease of access. I didn’t have that many issues and any issues I did have I was able to find help on a discord server made for the game. My only real issue with any of the pieces in the editor is one of the ones that spawns the spikes in onto the track won’t work unless you have both the beginning and the end of the track places but it never said that anywhere so it wouldn’t work for me and ended up not being used in the level.
Doom 2016 Enemy spawn management
This is a tutorial I made to help players and creators that use the Doom 2016 snapmap. The tutorial goes over some of the issues I ran into when I was building my level such as when enemies won’t spawn or will spawn one at a time.
Project E
Project E is a game where one person is playing a real time strategy game vs a person playing a hack and slash. The story for the game is that the RTS player is an alien that is trying to take over the planet to grow it’s hive mind and the hack and slash player is trying to fight off the alien invasion.
This games original concept came from another project that I did which can be found on this website called Playing as the Villain. That project was about taking a triple A game and making it so that you played the game from the Villain’s point of view. For my choice I did Halo 3’s Gravemind. Project E stemmed off of that project as one that I took and made my own.

Doom 2016 Keep Inventory
I made this tutorial to help Doom snapmap creators to make a keep inventory system that lets the players in their levels keep their weapons, and upgrades upon death. I wanted to make this video after I ran into issues with it when I was building my level and had to go searching for an answer and not finding what was wrong with mine for a while. This system is taken straight from the snapmap level that I had made.
